Bonchon, founded in 2002, represents “my hometown” in Korean.
It is dedicated to bringing the flavors of Busan’s fried chicken to the global stage.
With its unique frying technique, flavorful sauces, and a diverse range of Korean dishes,
Bonchon has become a globally recognized symbol of deliciousness.

In 2006, Bonchon launched its 1st international store in Fort Lee, New Jersey, quickly garnering a strong following. This swiftly spearheaded its expansion to downtown New York.
Across the world, Bonchon has 450+ locations in 10 countries: the US, the Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Singapore, France, Laos, and Taiwan—with more destinations to come!
